Set the AztecCode reading conditions.

The following operations can be performed under AztecCode reading conditions.

• Reading settings:
  Configure AztecCode reading (permission/prohibition) settings.
• Read Runes:
  Configure AztecCode Runes reading (permission/prohibition) settings.
